In addition to their cash prize, all Lucky Hearts Poker Open Main Event in-the-money finishers earn points toward the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Player of the Year race.

The 10-tournament 2016/2017 SHRP POY race began in Immokalee in September, then continued in Coconut Creek, Hollywood and Tampa. Four points-eligible tournaments have concluded with the LHPO marking the fifth.

Following the LHPO, the next points eligible events take place during the Coco Poker Showdown, the Seminole Immokalee Poker Challenge, the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown, WPTDeepStacks-Tampa and the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open. After the conclusion of SHRPO, the top three points earners earn packages with the winner’s share valued at more than $32,000.
