Dorian Rios (right) puts the Main Event into the money

The WPTDeepStacks Main Event was on the money bubble soon after the break and they went into hand-for-hand mode one elimination from the money. Then it slowed down.

The Main Event was finally in the money after five hands, two double ups, and nearly 30 minutes. It happened when the soon-to-be bubble player was all-in for 92,000 and at risk against Dorian Rios with the board reading JdTc2s. They had to wait until action was complete at the other tables before flipping over their cards.

Bubble: 9h8s
Rios: Jc6c

Rios was ahead with top pair/backdoor flush draw against an open-ended straight draw. The Ts turn was no help and Rios dodged eight outs on the 5h river to put the Main Event in the money.
