Day 1B of the October Anniversary Special has come to an end with Dovid Goldfischer (pictured above) holding the overall chip lead. He’ll lead the remaining 33 players into Day 2.

Goldfischer was among the chip leaders during the late stages of the day until the biggest pot of the tournament took place. Goldfischer turned the nut straight against Daniel Zuheir, who held an inferior straight along with a flush draw. The river came out clean for Goldfischer en route to his bagging the lead.
