Tom Middleton
Tom Middleton returns to the final table with the chip lead

Event 12 was the biggest buy-in tournament of the series so far and it had the added twist of a $500 bounty on each player. The tournament drew 120 entrants to easily surpass the $100,000 Guarantee but only nine players remain with a shot at the title.

Tom Middleton leads the final table when they return but the structure is still deep and slow. This could take a while to determine the outcome.

Neil Blumenfield
Neil Blumenfield

Players are midway through the fourth level of the day and they are one entry away from hitting 150 for the Seniors Event.

One of the early entries comes from a South Florida transplant, Neil Blumenfield is originally from California but now calls the Sunshine State his home. He had a few nice results to his credit before he found himself on live TV playing poker for the biggest prize in the game.

As a member of the 2015 WSOP November Nine, Blumenfield went on to finish in third place for a nice payday but short of the bracelet. While waiting for the WSOP Main Event final table to play out, he went ahead and scored a deep run in our Big 4 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open $5 Million GTD Championship last year.
