Level 19: 12,000/24,000 with a 4,000 Ante

Anthony Spinella and Sean Winter got tangled up in a preflop confrontation that left Winter all in and at risk for his last 436,000 chips.

Spinella: 8s8h
Winter: TsTc

The QsQd8d flop was a disaster for Winter and he shot out of his chair in frustration. “Queen!” he pleaded, but the turn was the blank 3c. The river wasn’t a queen, either, but the Td was just as good. Winter clapped his hands together in celebration, running down a better full house to double up.

Both players checked the Ah turn and Fish checked the Jh river. Sinishtaj checked behind and Fish tabled KhTh for a heart royal flush.

Sinishtaj called to see the AdQsJc flop and Colman bet 550,000. Sinishtaj called after a short tank and Colman bet another 1,200,000 after the 3c turn.

Sinishtaj didn’t wait too long this time and mucked his hand.

After the hand, the four remaining players went on a 10-minute break.

Tony Sinishtaj – 14,125,000 (118 bb)

High Roller: Alex Keating Eliminated by Sam Soverel

$25,500 High Roller No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry)
Level 18: 10,000/20,000 with a 3,000 Ante
Players Remaining: 19 of 116

Action folded around to the blinds where Sam Soverel moved all in for about 265,000 from the small blind, putting the decision on Alex Keating in the big. Keating had 244,000 chips left in front of him, and he spent several minutes deliberating before calling to put himself at risk for that amount.

Soverel: 9s9h
Keating: KhJc

The AdKs3s flop gave Keating a big lead with two cards to come, and the 5c on the turn was a blank. The river was the 9c, though, giving Soverel the pot with a set of nines.

“Oh nooo!” Keating was less than pleased with the river result. “Good luck, guys,” he said as he exited in 19th place.

Sam Soverel – 521,000 (26 bb)
Alex Keating – Eliminated
