Joelle Guarino was the chip leader at the end of Day 1B and was able to ride those chips to a deep finish in the Championship. Her run came to an end after she three-bet shoved for 370,000 after Alberto Rodriguez opened for 35,000.

Guarino took his time but finally called with to dominate her .

“Did you think I had AK?” Guarino asked after he tabled his hand.

“I thought I was flipping.” Rodriguez responded.

It was even better than a flip and he hit the to leave Guarino looking for running miracle cards. None came and she was drawing dead after the turn.
