The first flight of the RRPO Championship drew 696 entries to set up a big Saturday afternoon in the Grand Ballroom. The $3,500 buy-in tournament will surpass its $3,000,000 guarantee early in the day and then start reaching for some milestones.

We’ll highlight them along the way.

Players start with huge 50K stacks and all levels last 60 minutes until 40 players remain, then they go up to 90 until they reach the six-handed final table. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 9 at 9:15 pm.

Flight B will play ten levels and survivors will bag their chips for a Day 2 return tomorrow at noon.

Event 31 of the 2024 Seminole Hard Rock ‘N’ Roll Poker Open was a $400 Black Chip Bounty Turbo No-Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry). A field of 143 entries generated a prize pool of $33,605, with an additional $14,300 set aside for bounties.

Taking it down was Tamas Hartman, winning outright for $9,360.

Day 1A ended with 238 players remaining from a field of 696 entries and the chip leader was Frank Stepuchin, who bagged up 394,000 (158 big blinds). As the Day 1A chip leader, Stepuchin also won a ClubWPT gold passport into the $5,000,000 freeroll at Wynn Las Vegas, running from December 13-15. The Day 1B chip leader will also receive a the ClubWPT gold passport.
