Chris Bolek opened the button for 45,000. It was on Seminole Hard Rock Poker team member Mukul Pahuja in the small blind and he three-bet to 160,000. Anthony Ruttler folded the big blind sending it back to Bolek. He called and saw a flop with Pahuja.
Both players checked and the dealer burned and turned.
Pahuja checked again. Bolek bet 180,000 and Pahuja called. They saw the river.
Pahuja checked a third time. Bolek eyed Pahuja’s stack, which sat right at 565,000. He shoved and Pahuja took a few second in the tank before plopping a lone 25,000 chips in the pot for a call. He tabled for a pair of aces. Bolek mucked and sent a double the way of Team SHRP.
Mukul Pahuja – 1,855,000
Chris Bolek – 495,000
The pot put Pahuja second in the counts. He, along with everyone else in the tournament, trails chip leader Scott Heiligman’s stack of 2,600,000.
