After a day of rest and relaxation, tournament poker action continues today at The Poker Room at Seminole Hard Rock as Event 18, the $500,000 Guaranteed Prize Pool No Limit Hold’Em Championship Event will start today at noon. With a $1,650 buy-in this is the best structured event you will find at the Seminole Hard Rock “Rock ‘n’ Roll Poker Open” as players will start with 20,000 in tournament chips and one hour levels. Registration ends at the start of Level 5 and players may also re-enter up to that point. Players that do not make it through today also have the option of playing on Day 1B on Saturday. Day 1 will end after 10 levels of play.
In addition, there are three remaining turbo mega satellites for players wanting to try and win a seat at the last minute. They are at 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. today and 9 a.m. on Saturday. The cost to enter is $200.
