Big tournament poker returns to South Florida with the start of the Poker Showdown on Thursday, March 24. The three-week series features 50 trophy events with an incredible $8 million plus in guaranteed prize pools.
We kick things off with the $400 buy-in Deep Stack tournament with a $500,000 guarantee, the middle of the series has a $600 buy-in Deep Stack with a $1,000,000 guarantee, and the headliner is the 2022 WPT Poker Showdown Championship starting on April 8 with a $3,500 buy-in and $3,000,000 guarantee.
Those are three highlights but the schedule includes tournaments for all bankrolls from the $150 Big Stack all the way up to the $50,000 Super High Roller. The series has non-hold’em games running nearly every day with buy-ins ranging from $400 to $1,100.
