Roberto Bendeck Wins a Trophy and Ultimate Re-Entry Nears a Winner

After a day with no trophies being won, Roberto Bendeck took home a Hard Rock trophy after winning $7,747 in a heads-up deal with Nicholas Egarhos in the $360 no-limit hold’em turbo black chip bounty event.

The Miami native defeated a field of 174 entries to earn the fourth trophy awarded this series.

While Bendeck was winning a title, the ultimate re-entry event played down to just shy of a final table. The 314 players who came back for Day 2 of the event was trimmed down to just 13. They will return on Monday to play down to a winner.

Monday’s schedule is jam packed. The ultimate re-entry will play down to a winner, there are two starting flights of the $570 no-limit hold’em re-entry event and there is a one-day $360 pot-limit omaha 8-or-better. A complete look at Monday’s schedule will be posted in the morning.
