The sixth flight of SHRPO Event 1 is ready to go and it will add to an already successful tournament. We have 4,168 entries in the tournament through the first five flights to put the $1,000,000 guarantee up to $1.375 million with a lot of room to grow.

Players start with 20,000 deep stacks in the $400 tournament and all Day 1 levels last 30 minutes, going up to 40 minutes on Day 2. Late registration and unlimited re-entries open until 10:30 pm. Flight F will continue to play down until 10% of the field remain and survivors will advance to Day 2 on Sunday at 1 pm in the money.

We expect big crowds the rest of the way, get here early!

Event 10: Five-Card Bounties

The last of the new tournaments on today’s schedule is another bounty but this time they’ll have a few more hole cards. Event 10 is a $600 Black Chip Bounty tournament played with 5-Card Pot Limit Omaha. There should be a ton of action when it gets underway at 5 pm.

Players start with 20,000 stacks, all levels last 30 minutes, and this tournament will feature PLO with big blind antes. Late registration and re-entries are available until the start of Level 9 at 9:30 pm.

This is a one-day tournament so we’ll be handing out another SHRPO trophy before the night is through.

Registration closed for Flight E of SHRPO Event 1 with a huge turnout of 1,085 entries. That number puts the combined count at 4,168 and the prize pool now stands at $1,375,440. This is the third biggest non-Championship flight and we have three more flights to top it.

Flight E will continue playing until 109 players remain and they will advance to Day 2 on Sunday at 1 pm in the money.
