There hasn’t been much action on the Money Bubble since Jake Schindler was eliminated in sixth place.

However, shortly before the break, with the blinds still at 5,000-10,000, chipleader Cary Katz raised under the gun to 100,000 (same raise he made the previous hand), and Chris Brewer moved all in from the big blind for 261,000.

Katz tanked for a long time before he folded, and Brewer showed JhJd as he took the pot.

Chris Brewer  –  376,000  (38 bb)
Cary Katz  –  1,000,000  (100 bb)

A few minutes later, they took a 10-minute break, and these were their updated chip counts with the blinds increasing to 5,000-15,000 with a big blind ante of 15,000:

Seat 1.  Chris Brewer  –  370,000  (25 bb)
Seat 2.  Cary Katz  –  995,000  (66 bb)
Seat 3.  Sean Winter  –  665,000  (44 bb)
Seat 4.  Sean Perry  –  450,000  (30 bb)
Seat 5.  Elio Fox  –  515,000  (34 bb)

With five players remaining from a field of 24, the average chip stack is about 600,000 (40 big blinds). The field is on the Money Bubble, and here are the payouts at the stake:

1st:  $512,160 + SHRPO Trophy
2nd:  $302,640
3rd:  $209,520
4th:  $139,680

Action is scheduled to continue tonight until the end of Level 15, around 12:50 am.
