Tomorrow we present the biggest buy-in tournament on the 2017 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown schedule and it will bring out some of the top players in the game as we head into the World Poker Tour events.
The $50,000 Super High Roller is a new event on the Showdown schedule this year and they will kick it off tomorrow at noon in the meeting room. It will be a smaller but talented field taking to the felt that will make for some entertaining, high-level poker.
The two-day tournament features a $1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool, late registration until 7:30pm, and a slow structure worthy of the buy-in.
“The Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood is primed to host another first class event for poker’s elite,” said Tournament Director Tony Burns. “This is our second $50K High Roller in six months.”
High Roller specialist Ben “Ben86” Tollerene earned $495,228 for winning the $50,000 High Roller during the 2016 Seminole Hard Rock “Rock ‘N’ Roll Poker Open” which ran its prize pool over $1,000,000.
We expect a great event when they will kick off the action at noon tomorrow.
