Both players checked the turn and Cyr bet 135,000 after the river. Deeb called and Cyr tabled king-high to get Deeb to shake his head before showing a pip lower king-high . Both kickers played with the pair of fours on the board.

Ari Engel opened to 125,000 from the hijack and Shaun Deeb three-bet to 350,000 from the cutoff. Sheddy Siddiqui moved all in for 385,000 from the button and only Deeb called.

Siddiqui had two live cards and caught one of them on the flop. The turn and river were safe and it was Sheddy’s turn to double up.

Darryll Fish opened to 120,000 and Sheddy Siddiqui came along in the big blind to the flop. They both checked and Siddiqui checked again after the turn.
Fish bet 160,000 and Siddiqui check-raised all in with the bigger stack. Fish called for his final 850,000 and he was in trouble.

Fish turned a set of jacks but that card also gave Siddiqui the Broadway straight. Fish needed the board to pair to stay in the game and he found it on the river for the big full house double.

Ari Engel opened to 125,000 from early position and Darryll Fish three-bet to 340,000 from the cutoff. Denis Cyr thought for a few minutes, put all his chips in one stack, thought some more, and then moved them in the middle.
Engel quickly released and Fish asked for a count. The dealer cut Cyr’s stack out to 950,000 and Fish mucked the pot to Cyr.

Other than the Joao Simao double up, there have been few big pots as Matas Cimbolas continued to build his lead. The latest boost came when Michael Newman opened to 150,000 from the button and Cimbolas responded with a big four-bet to 650,000.
Newman thought about it for a bit before folding face up and Cimbolas is over 4 million.

Joao Simao was the shortest stack coming back from dinner and made his move with an early position shove for 240,000. Darryll Fish called the all in and the rest of the players moved out of the way.

Simao had the best hand pre-flop and improved on the flop. Fish was drawing slim, then drawing dead after the turn to send the double up next door.

On one of the first hands after the break, Sheddy Siddiqui opened to 120,000 from early position and Denis Cyr moved all in from the hijack for 455,000. The button and blinds released and Siddiqui called.
