Level 13: 3,000/6,000 with a 1,000 Ante
Players Remaining: 13 of 28

Jake Schindler opened with an under-the-gun raise, and David Cohen three-bet shoved for 77,000 in the big blind. Schindler quickly called to put Cohen at risk.

Schindler: QsQh
Cohen: AcTh

The board ran out Jd8c5dAd2h, and the ace on the turn was enough to give Cohen a come-from-behind double-up with a pair of aces.

David Cohen – 164,000 (27 bb)
Jake Schindler – 122,000 (20 bb)

Super High Roller: Dietrich Fast Takes From Erik Seidel, Leads

$50,000 Super High Roller (Re-Entry)
Level 13: 3,000/6,000 with a 1,000 Ante
Players Remaining: 13 of 28

David Cohen limped in under the gun, Dietrich Fast completed from the small blind, and Erik Seidel checked his option in the big.

All three players checked through the 9h9s2s flop, and the turn was the 3c. Fast bet 14,000, Seidel called, and Cohen folded. The river was the 4h, and Fast bet 50,000. The bet represented a significant chunk of Seidel’s remaining stack, and he toyed with the decision for a couple minutes before calling.

Fast showed 8s9c, winning the pot with trip nines and moving into the chip lead.

Dietrich Fast – 640,000 (107 bb)
Erik Seidel – 77,000 (13 bb)

Super High Roller: Kathy Lehne Doubles Through Bryn Kenney

$50,000 Super High Roller (Re-Entry)
Level 13: 3,000/6,000 with a 1,000 Ante
Players Remaining: 13 of 28

Kathy Lehne

Rainer Kempe opened with a raise in early position, and Kathy Lehne called in the cutoff. From the small blind, Bryn Kenney three-bet to 46,000, and that was enough to fold Kempe out of the way. Lehne four-bet shoved for 143,000 total, though, and Kenney called to put her at risk.

Lehne: AdQc
Kenney: AcJh

The board ran out safely for Lehne, coming 8s6c5h8d4h to give her a double-up.

Kathy Lehne – 313,000 (52 bb)
Bryn Kenney – 260,000 (43 bb)

Super High Roller: Down to 13

Players Remaining: 13 of 28

Just in the time it took to write that two-table redraw, three more players were eliminated.

Stephen Chidwick exited in 16th place, three-bet shoving with Ah5h behind a Bryn Kenney open. Kenny put him at risk with 9s9h, flopped a set on the Tc9d7s, and sealed the knockout with the 2c turn and 8c river.

Justin Bonomo was next to go. He made a straight with 4h6h and got himself all in on the river, but Jake Schindler made a better straight with 6d8d to eliminate Bonomo in 15th place.

Paul Domb, who was one of the shortest stacks in the remaining field, was eliminated in 14th place a moment later, apparently also by Schindler.

Super High Roller: Adrian Mateos Doubles into Lead; Sean Winter Eliminated

$50,000 Super High Roller (Re-Entry)
Level 11: 2,000/4,000 with a 500 Ante
Players Remaining: 18 of 28

Adrian Mateos

There was already about 130,000 in the pot as the river card arrived on an AdQsTd8hTs board. In heads-up action, Sean Winter checked from the small blind, and Adrian Mateos moved all in for 231,000 on the button.

Winter slipped into the tank, and he pondered for long enough that Mateos called the clock on him. “I never tank. This is the longest tank of my career, and you call time on me?” Winter asked. As the floorman counted down the last 10 seconds, Winter called to put Mateos at risk.

There was never much danger for Mateos; he showed QhQd for queens full, and Winter open-mucked Ax8x as he paid his debt to the largest pot of the day.

Mateos surged into the chip lead with that big pot, while Winter was left with just 9,000 chips and eliminated a couple hands later.

Adrian Mateos – 595,000 (149 bb)
Sean Winter – Eliminated

Super High Roller: Justin Bonomo Doubles Through Dan Colman Again

$50,000 Super High Roller (Re-Entry)
Level 11: 2,000/4,000 with a 500 Ante
Players Remaining: 18 of 28

Dan Colman opened to 10,000 in middle position, and Justin Bonomo three-bet shoved for 55,500 in the cutoff. Colman pondered for a long while, then called, committing just over half his stack to put Bonomo at risk once again.

Colman: KhTs
Bonomo: AdJs

The sweat was much less taxing for Bonomo this time around, as the board ran out As5d4d6s5s. He locked up the pot one card early, doubling up with aces up.

Colman now has the shortest stack in the room.

Justin Bonomo – 119,500 (30 bb)
Dan Colman – 52,000 (13 bb)

Super High Roller: Justin Bonomo Doubles Through Dan Colman

$50,000 Super High Roller (Re-Entry)
Level 11: 2,000/4,000 with a 500 Ante
Players Remaining: 18 of 28

Dan Colman opened to 9,000 under the gun, and Justin Bonomo three-bet shoved for 30,000 next to act. When it folded back around to Colman, he called to put Bonomo at risk.

Colman: KhJd
Bonomo: AcQc

“Oh no,” Bonomo said as he saw Colman’s two live cards.

Sure enough, Colman took the lead with a pair of jacks on the Jc9h4c flop. Bonomo flopped a flush draw of his own, though, and the Th turn gave him outs to a straight, too. The river was the 2c, and Bonomo let out a relieved sigh as he ran down the nut flush to double up.

Justin Bonomo – 69,000 (17 bb)
Dan Colman – 116,000 (29 bb)

Super High Roller: Dietrich Fast Doubles Through Tom Marchese

$50,000 Super High Roller (Re-Entry)
Level 11: 2,000/4,000 with a 500 Ante
Players Remaining: 19 of 28

Dietrich Fast

Tom Marchese opened the button to 10,000, and Jason Koon called in the small blind. From the big blind, Dietrich Fast three-bet to 38,000, and Marchese promptly four-bet to 75,000. Koon folded out of the way, but Fast five-bet shoved for 126,500 total, and Marchese called to put him at risk.

Marchese: 9d9h
Fast: AcQs

The board ran out Ks5s2sJd4s, and Fast finally caught up on the river, doubling up with an ace-high flush. Marchese was parted with about half his stack as he paid off the debt.

Dietrich Fast – 266,500 (89 bb)
Tom Marchese – 122,000 (41 bb)

Super High Roller: Paul Domb Flops the Joint, Doubles Through Scott Seiver

$50,000 Super High Roller (Re-Entry)
Level 10: 1,500/3,000 with a 500 Ante
Players Remaining: 19 of 28

Paul Domb

Three players were involved in a substantial pot on the river of a KdQdTd4s8d board. There was already close to 140,000 in the middle as Bryn Kenney checked first to act from middle position. Paul Domb moved all in for his last 50,000 in the cutoff, and Scott Seiver called on the button to put Domb at risk.

“Really?” Kenney asked rhetorically, then quickly folded out of the way.

Seiver showed Ad2d for an ace-high flush, but it was no good. “Straight flush,” the dealer announced as Domb tabled Jd9d to double up with the nuts.

Paul Domb – 238,000 (79 bb)
Scott Seiver – 270,000 (90 bb)
