Registration closed on the first flight of the $150 buy-in/$50,000 Event 26 field and it drew 306 entries to put it very close to the guaranteed prize pool with one more flight to go.

They only need another 111 entries in tomorrow’s flight to push it over $50,000 and continue building higher.

Most of the recent events on the schedule, aside from the major WPT tournaments, featured a single-day format but Event 26 changes things up with a small buy-in, multi-day tournament that will put together a great prize pool.

The $150 buy-in tournament has a $50,000 guaranteed prize pool and two starting flights, the first kicking off at 5pm.

Entrants will sit down to 10,000 starting stacks and play 30-minute levels. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 9 at 9:30 and they will continue through the evening until the end of Level 14. Those still holding a stack will put their chips in a bag for a Day 2 return on Wednesday.

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood Property Update

Preparations are underway for the development of an iconic hotel tower and resort:

• Parking – Poker players are encouraged to park in Winner’s Way Garage to access both the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown tournament space and The Poker Room

• The Poker Room – Players may access the poker room by entering through the main lobby or via the exterior entrance on the opposite end of Winner’s Way Garage.

• Inside hotel – Services and amenities inside the hotel will remain open along with regularly scheduled events and entertainment.
