Jason Young

The Black Chip Bounty event kicked off at noon and it’s nearly hit the $30,000 Guarantee before the first hour is complete. Players are limited to a single re-entry option but that won’t stop them from mixing it up trying to earn one of those black $100 casino chips.

WSOP bracelet winner Jason Young is making his first appearance in the ballroom this series and having a good time already. He’s a Northeast transplant to South Florida and is becoming a regular fixture in our events, including a final table appearance during last year’s Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown $250 NLH Event 19.

Event 6: Black Chip Bounty

$360 Black Chip Bounty No Limit Hold’em (Single Re-Entry)
Level 1: 25/50

Our next, big one-day tournament kicks off at noon with a nice bonus for sending out an opponent. The $360 buy-in tournament has a $30,000 guaranteed prize pool with $100 going towards a bounty on each player’s head.

Knock someone out, get a black $100 cash chip. That should push the action throughout the tournament.

Each entrant begins with a 10,000 starting stack and the tournament runs with 30-minute levels. Late registration is available until the start of Level 9 at 4:30pm and players can only re-enter one time if they are eliminated. Event 6 is scheduled to complete in one day and we will have a new champion before the end of the evening.

They will get underway at noon and keep rolling until we have a winner.
