In a three-way pot, Gavin O’Rourke was in the big blind, Guifang Liu in the small and Scott Levitt in late position. The flop was . O’Rourke checked and Liu bet 18,000. It was on Levitt, who claimed one of the short stacks after doubling Andre Crooks just a couple hands prior. Levitt called while O’Rourke got out of the way.

Giufang Liu returns to the final table with a huge chip lead
The big buy-in bounty tournament drew 105 entries and only nine players remain for the restart today. The $1,650 Purple Chip Bounty tournament easily surpassed the $100,000 guaranteed prize pool and they played down into the money late last night.
The final table nine bagged up their chips and are ready to get back to the business of crowning a winner.
Giufang Liu is the overwhelming chip leader with 471,500 to easily outdistance Gavin O’Rourke’s second place stack of 155,000. There are still some tough players trying to chase her down with Kirk Morrison, Andre Crooks, and SHRP team member Matt Affleck around to give chase.
They’ll unbag their chips and kick back off at 2pm.

Seminole Hard Rock Poker’s own Matt Affleck is the first name that jumps off the page, and he has direct position on another dangerous player.
Kirk Morrison is a bit of a blast from the past, half-jokingly admitting that this is just his second tournament in the past seven years. Regardless of the actual count, he’s been essentially missing in action from the live tournament trail during that span.
Morrison’s record prior to that is outstanding, though. It includes a WSOP gold bracelet in Stud, a runner-up finish to Carlos Mortensen in the WPT World Championship, and more than $3 million in earnings.
