Event 4: Phil Wasserman Doubles Through Michael Rosenberg

$360 Pot Limit Omaha (Re-Entry)
Structure | Payouts
Level 16: 2,000/4,000
Players Remaining: 9 of 97

On a flop of Ts3d2h, Phil Wasserman got all in for about 80,000 from middle position against Michael Rosenberg in the big blind.

Wasserman tabled AcAhTh5h and needed help against Rosenberg’s TdTc3c3h.

Rosenberg flopped two different sets, but still just needed to fade an ace or a four. The turn was the 9h, giving Wasserman a flush draw and some more equity, and the Ad on the river gave him a bigger set to double through Rosenberg.

Phil Wasserman – 185,000
Michael Rosenberg – 18,000

Event 4: Seth Weinberg Doubles Through Richard Blanchar

$360 Pot Limit Omaha (Re-Entry)
Structure | Payouts
Level 16: 2,000/4,000
Players Remaining: 9 of 97

On a flop of KdTs9s, Richard Blanchar chekced from the small blind and Mehmet Akbas checked from the big blind. Seth Weinberg moved all in from early position for his last 9,000 and David Prociak called from middle position.

Blanchar moved all in for 54,000, which drew folds from both Akbas and Prociak.

Blanchar tabled QdJs6d4c, giving him the nut straight, but needed to dodge a spade against Weinberg’s AdAsKs3d.

The turn was the 2s, which gave Weinberg the nut flush and left Blanchar drawing dead to the 9c river card.

Seth Weinberg – 63,000
Richard Blanchar – 45,000

Event 4: Brandon Duvdivani – 10th Place ($800)

Level 15: 1,500/3,000

Brandon Duvdivani

David Prociak raised from middle position and Brandon Duvdivani three-bet from the hijack. Action folded back to Prociak, who called.

The flop was Jh2h2s and Duvdivani got all in for about 45,000. Duvdivani showed AcAh8h3h, but needed an ace or a heart against Prociak’s Kc9c6d2c.

The turn was the 5s and the river was the 9h. Duvdivani made a flush, but it also gave Prociak a full house. Duvdivani hit the rail in 10th place for $800 and Prociak puts more distance between himself and the field.

David Prociak – 380,000
Brandon Duvdivani – Eliminated

The Pot Limit Omaha event had a slow start but the field quickly filled in with more than 80 mixing it up after their first break.

One table is especially heavy with talent. And Davids.

David Moreno is sitting in the 1-seat followed by former SHRP Player of the Year David Prociak, and SHRP trophy winner David Shmuel. They are having a good laugh about the lineup and they need to look out for PLO specialist Prociak.
