Ferrara re-raised to 60,000 and Altman shoved. Ferrara quickly called all in for around 200,000 and appeared to be in great shape to double with KcKs against Altman’s 7c5c.

The flop came As6s5d giving Altman a pair of fives. The turn brought another 5s and the river 7d made it official. Altman wound up with a full house to score Ferrara’s bounty and burst the money bubble.

The Purple Chip Bounty tournaments generally have a big turnout at the start of the day and today is no exception. With a third of the prize money available at the start ($1,000 goes in the standard prize pool, $500 into bounties), it means players want to be here as early as possible for max value.
