(Hollywood, Florida) — It was a fast road to the winner’s circle for Bradley Rhodes in Event 26 of the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open, a $400 Deep Stack Turbo Re-Entry tournament. Cards went in the air at 11am and it was only seven hours later that Rhodes was a champion. The win earned him $9,500 and came following a heads-up chop with Mohamed Serry. Serry was at a slight chip disadvantage and with blinds and antes soaring, he agreed to an $8,310 payout.

The one-day event drew 108 entries and surpassed the $30,000 guarantee to the tune of a $36,720 prize pool. The top 14 spots finished in the money with Nick Yunis, Steve Karp and Wally Maddah among the notables to score.

The last day of the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open is here and it will be a busy one. We have two brand new tournaments to give players another shot at a SHRPO trophy.

The first is Event 26 at 11am with a $400 Deep Stack Turbo that will fly throughout the day. The tournament has a $30,000 guaranteed prize pool and will play out in Salon East (across the hall from the Event Center).

Players will begin with 25,000 starting stacks and all levels last 15 minutes. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 14 at 2:45 pm and the tournament will finish up when we have a champ.

Action gets underway shortly and we will hit some highlights along the way, picking up coverage after the Big 4 final tables are complete.
