On a flop of Jd9d2d with one player already all in action is checked around to the button who bet 4,200. Yulia Lisichkina in the small blind called.

The turn brought the 3d,  Lisichkina checked and her opponent bet 12,000. Lisichkina thought about it before reshoving for 18,000 more. Her opponent folded.

The river was the 2s. The all in player flipped over [ahac] but was no good against Lisichkina’s [adks].

There were several big stacks in the room but none bigger than Brad Coultas. After two levels, the WSOPC ring winner 3x’d his 40,000 starting stack and sits with 120,000 going into Level 3.

Some people won their way into the Championship via satellite, some bought directly in, but one person is freerolling the tournament.

Jason Young is the reigning Seminole Hard Rock Poker Player of the Year and part of his winner package includes an entry into all major Championships/Main Events throughout the year. He earned his way to the top of the leaderboard thanks to a win in last year’s WPTDeepStacks Hollywood Main Event and followed that up with a WSOP Circuit Coco Main Event final table.

David Nathaniel Jr leads the current POY race and we expect to see him this weekend as he attempts to add more points. This year’s SHRP Player of the Year will earn a prize package worth more than $25,000 with tournament buy-ins and food/hotel comps.

In a battle of the blinds with the flop reading QcJh6h Femi Fashakin checks to Jonathan Jaffe. Jaffe bet 1,000 into a pot of 1,400. Fashakin raises to 3,700 and Jaffe thought shortly before calling.

Both players checked the Js on the turn. The river brought the 10d, Fashakin bet 8,500 and Jaffe thought awhile before folding.

The turn brought the 4d, Elias checked and Snead bet 5,000. Elias called.

The river was the 6d, Elias checked again and Snead put out a bet of 15,000. Elias thought about it before putting in the calling chips.
