Event 21 of the 2021 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open was the $400 Seniors 50+ (Re-Entry). A field of 227 entries made this the second-largest Seniors Event in SHRP history. The prize pool generated was $77,180 and winning the lion’s share of it was Benjamin Robinson, winning outright for $18,030.
“It was a long day, I’ll say that,” said Robinson afterward. “We played like 12-13 hours or something. I don’t even know what time it is. It was a grind, for sure, but I’m happy to win it.”
Robinson resides in Coral Springs and while he doesn’t play a ton of poker, he’ll take part in a few tournaments during the bigger tournament series.
