Mark Dube began the day near the top of the chip counts and added another big chunk against Kelly Minkin.
Minkin opened to 27,000 and Dube three-bet to 61,000 to get folds from the rest of the table. Minkin called to see the flop and they both checked. Minkin checked again after the turn but Dube put out 65,000 this time. Another call from Minkin before the dealer put out the turn.
This time is was a 120,000 check-call by Minkin but her hand was no good when Dube tabled .

David Levi doubled up at Table 11 and they just played another big hand. Erik Cajelais open-shoved for 44,000 and Vlad Mezheretsky called on the button. Sanjay Gehi decided to boost the pot with a raise to 175,000 from the small blind.
Mezheretsky took a while to make his decision, long enough that Gehi called the clock on his opponent. Mezheretsky waited the full 60 seconds before letting his hand go.
Gehi was ahead with against and nothing on the board changed the situation to send Cajelais out.
Noah Schwartz and former chip leader David Farbert were also an early elimination on Day 3.

It took just one hand on Day 3 for David Levi to get back in the game. He three-bet shoved for 99,000 after Purvis Blakely opened to 25,000. Blakely took a 60 second to make a decision and called with .
Levi was racing with and fell behind on the before he spot in the Championship was saved with the turn to move up to 240,000.

Day 2 saw 361 players return from the starting 1,027 entrants and that number was whittled down to just 78 by the end of ten levels. It wasn’t until the final level of the day when they reached the money bubble with 101 in the field, before Josh Arieh’s elimination took care of hand-for-hand action.
Brian Altman leads the field into Day 3 along with Joelle Guarino and Mark Dube as the only three players in the seven-digit stack club. Plenty of big names are trying to chase them down like Nenad Medic, Vinny Pahuja, Zo Karim, Jason Koon, Michael Laake, and November Niner Amir Lehavot.
Play is about set to get underway without a specific end time. The schedule has the field playing down to the final two tables before bagging up for the night.

Day 2 has come to a close in the WPT Championship event at the Seminole Hard Rock Lucky Hearts Poker Open and 78 players remain from the 361 that returned from the three starting flights. The chip leader at the end of play is Brian Altman with 1,282,000.

The money bubbled burst late today when 100 players remained. Josh Arieh was the unlucky bubble boy. Notable cashes included Shawn Cunix (99th – $6,573), Patrick Eskanbdar (94th – $6,573), Blair Hinkle (84th – $6,901), and Tyler Patterson (82nd – $6,901).
