Faster than anyone could have imagined after the last few hours, the final three players each found a hand worth getting their chips in the middle.

David White opened the action to 30,000 and Matthew Lombardi came over the top all-in to give John Brenna something to think about. His decision was to shove for more than Lombardi and White quickly called having both at risk.

White was ahead but Brenna had the small PLO statistical advantage until the flop. The left Lombardi drawing dead to 3rd place and Brennan with just one out. The locked up the hand for White as he sent both remaining players out at the same time.

Brenna picks up 2nd place money for having more chips the Lombardi, who had to settle for 3rd place.

White made a big comeback at the final table to win his first title and $4,488.

Things settled back down for a little while, and there was even talk of a possible chop, before Kevin Bruno took a shot after the flop.

Bruno was all-in with flopped top pair and David White called with the overpair . The turn paired the board and left Bruno looking for one of the two remaining Jacks but missed the river to be the next gone, eliminated in 4th place for $1,178.

At the very least, Joey Prosper could have expected to chop his final pot. Instead he found an unfriendly river.

Prosper opened under the gun for a pot-sized bet and David White came along from the button. After the flop, Prosper moved all-in for just under the pot. White took his time to consider but finally called with which was in a dead heat to tie Prosper’s .

The gave Prosper a little hope free-rolling the flush with White holding only two outs to scoop. One of those showed up in the form of the river for the surprise knockout and send Prosper out in 5th place for $898.

After nearly three hours on the money bubble, it took just a few more hands to send the next one out.

Don Todd was all-in versus Matthew Lombardi with neither having a big stack. Todd was the at-risk player with against and they both his the flop.

Lombardi was ahead and Todd missed the turn before the river came to send Todd out in 6th place for $673.

The log jam in Event 2 has been cleared and it was Kevin Spires who left without any official money from the prize pool. His crucial hand was doubling up David White when his starting behind and never caught up.

There was a brief time where it looked like White was not paid the correct amount but it was fixed and Spires was all-in shortly afterwards.

He had just over a pot-sized bet and got them all-in against John Brennan.

Brennan hit the flop and Spires was unable to pair his big cards on the turn or river. He leaves with out a payout ticket but the players decided on a small save for the bubble.

All previous action indicates this tournament should be well into the money by now but the seven remaining players made it to the next break without an elimination.

They are off on a quick 10-minute color-up break and will return to blinds at 3,000/6,000.

David White was getting short and found a good hand to get back in the game. He opened for a pot-sized bet with Kevin Spires and John Brennan coming along to the flop.

After Brennan checked, White put in his last 9,500 and Spires moved-all over the top. Brennan seemed unhappy with the move and asked the floor staff how they handled it if two players went out on the same hand on the bubble.

“Most chips to start the hand,” as “Country”s reply.

Brennan folded before White showed ahead of Spires’ .

The turn and river blanked to give White more than a double.

After blasting down from 10 players to the money bubble, the seven remaining players slowed down to buck the usual post-dinner madness and went the entire first level back with only one all-in called.

That ended with Ken Bruno and David White chopping a pot with Aces for an anticlimactic hand.

Blinds are up but might be in for the long haul but the average stack is now holding just over 20 big blinds.
