The $2,200 Deep Stack had a great start and they nearly reached the $200,000 guarantee in the first 30 minutes of play. The entry count will continue to climb until registration closes at 4:30 pm.

With the SHRPO Championship less than 24 hours away, we are seeing some top players make their way to South Florida. Right out of the gate we found four-time WPT champion Darren Elias and two-time WSOP bracelet winner Chance Kornuth in early action.

The SHRPO Championship gets underway tomorrow and today we have the last preliminary event, a warm-up for the title game. Event 32 has a $2,200 buy-in with a $200,000 guarantee and plenty of great players.

Players start with 20,000 deep stacks and all levels last 30 minutes in this one-day tournament. Late registration is available until the start of Level 9 at 4:30 pm and players may re-enter as often as needed.

We will crown our last preliminary champion later this evening as they prepare for the final weekend of the series.
