Tran won the hand with the best full house among the three competitors and he more than doubled up to survive with 300,000. The cutoff was eliminated on the hand.

 

Event 7: Sam Barnhart Quadruples in Four-Way All In

On the last hand of the 45,000/90,000/15,000 level, Jimmy Tran raised to 225,000 from under the gun. Nicolas Cardyn called from the next seat over before Johnny Miller three-bet to 625,000 on the button. Sam Barnhart, in the big blind, called all in for 455,000. Tran re-raised all in for about 1.9 million, putting the action back on Cardyn who also called all in for about 1.8 million after a few moments. Miller called, having the rest of his opponents well covered.

The flop came down Tc9d3d, keeping Cardyn ahead with his aces. The 8h turn brought gave draws to both Miller and Barnhart, followed by the 7s river which gave Barnhart a ten-high straight to quadruple his short stack. Cardyn, after paying the 455,000 to Barnhart, tripled up for 1.355 million through Tran and Miller, while Tran lost his remaning 100,000 or so to Miller.
