If you don’t know who Paul Volpe is, you should.

The West Chester, PA native is truly one of the most underated poker players in the world.  With an already stellar on-line career as “PaulGees81” including winning the prestigious Sunday Million, Volpe then stepped out into the live circuit and has proven he is a force to be reckoned with on the felt as well.

In 2013, Volpe had two near-misses at WPT titles finishing 2nd and 3rd in back-to-back events at the LAPC and the Bay 101.

Since that incredible run, Volpe has picked up five wins including the incredible feat of winning a WSOP bracelet in 2014 in No Limit 2-7 Draw Lowball beating Brian Rast, Jason Mercier and Daniel Negreanu in the final four to take home the gold.

Volpe just won an event at this year’s PCA as well and continues to show why when you see that Phillies hat coming you’d better be on your A-game.
