The flop comes AcJs6s, Pfeifer checks, Colman bets 275,000, and Pfeifer check-raises to 650,000. Colman calls.

The turn card pairs the board with the Jh, Pfeifer bets 925,000, and Colman calls.

The river card is the 4s, and both players check. Both players say “King high,” and they show their cards — Colman wins the pot with his queen kicker.

After the hand, Pfeifer says, “Did you read my soul, or what?”

Both players check to the turn on a board of 10c4s2s7s, Colman bets 350,000, and Pfeifer calls.

The river card is the Qc, Colman moves all in with his king high (which happens to be the best hand), and Pfeifer quickly folds. Colman takes the pot.
