We’re still in the morning hours but players are getting here early as the entrant count hit 125 before they were through the first level.  Even more players will make their way into the ballroom once they wake up.

Registration is open until 3:30 this afternoon to leave plenty of time to get in the game.

Local Errol Massey is one of the early adopters today, taking his seat at the front of the room and already having a good time. He’s a regular sight at the tables but still waiting for his first major Seminole Hard Rock Poker title after many final table close calls.

Massey does have a recent win and he’s proud of it. He won the “Add On for Autism” charity tournament two weeks ago which raised $7,400 for Andra’s Hand. In addition to the cash he earned for the victory, Massey also walked away with a huge boxing-style champions belt.

“I’m going to wear that in here one of these day!” Massey joked.
