Event 10 Day 1A: Two Fiddy

$570 Deep Stack No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry)
Level 3: 75/150

Players keep piling into the game and there’s no stopping them now. The entrant count crossed another big number at the start of Level 3 and they are opening more tables as they continue to enter.

We have a few players in the room with recent success. Giorgio Medici had a deep run in the $150 buy-in/$150,000 Guarantee Event 5 and was the first player to reach a 1 million stack. It took a bad beat to send him out but he’s back for another shot.

Jeffrey Trudeau was in that same game and had his turn atop the leadboard. He made the final table but had to settle for an 8th place finish after a bad run. John Cofhlin, 2014 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open Seniors Champion, was also a factor late in Event 5 but he missed out on the final table.

Kathy Fleck showed her skills at different poker variants a few days ago when she final table the H.O.R.S.E. tournament with a 5th place finish in Event 6.

Bruce McGregor picked up his second Seminole Hard Rock Poker title when he won that HORSE title Monday night. His first win here came a few months ago during the Seminole Hard Rock Lucky Hearts Poker Open.

McGregor is seated next to local regular Luis Santoni, the four-time Seminole Hard Rock Poker champion who’s last win came in November in another H.O.R.S.E. tournament.
