The flop came down , giving Locke the lead in the main pot with an ace-high straight. Gomez led in the side pot with a set of aces and was looking for the board to pair.

Instead, the turn and river completed the board.

Locke’s ace-high straight held up for the main pot, while Thomas Jr. made a wheel on the river to win the side pot to survive as well.
