Event 12: Daniel Weinman Wins In 3-Way Chop

$2,200 Eight Game Mix
Level 16: Limits 3000/6000
2-7 Triple Draw Lowball

After nearly six hours of play, the remaining three players decided it was time to end it.

After the elimination of Brandon Delnano, the players stopped play and agreed to a chop giving chip leader Daniel Weinman the title.

Weinman’s steady play led him to holding around 60% of the chips before the deal was made.   Weinman was constantly applying pressure to the other players when the opportunities arose forcing the others to either play big pots or get out the way.  The tactic worked forcing Steven Wolansky, John Thrower and Brandon Delnano into battling each other to stay alive.

The players agreed to give Weinman $16,000 and the title along with the beautiful Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open trophy and a custom framed 16×20 photograph provided by IMPDI.

Steven Wolansky officially finishes second winning $13,500 and John Thrower takes third for $6,500.
