Haim Toorgeman

Chanpiseth Keam opened to 125,000 to get calls from Haim Toorgeman on the button and Julio Fernandez in the big blind. The flop came KcQcTh and Fernandez checked. Keam bet 225,000 and only Toorgeman stuck around to the 6d turn.

Keam checked, Toorgeman bet 500,000 and Keam slid a big stack forward, a check-raise to 2,000,000 with approximately 250,000 behind.

“Are you playing ace-jack?” Toorgeman asked him.

“I can’t talk about my hand.” Keam responded.

Toorgeman moved all in for only 100,000 more and Keam quickly called with AhJc. Toorgeman needed to improve his two pair to a  riverboat with KcQc but the 4s blanked to send him out in sixth place.

Keam was one of the shorter stacks at break but this moved into contention for the lead.
