2015 World Series of Poker Main Event champion Joe McKeehen is trending up midway through the opening flight in the WPTDeepStacks $1,100. McKeehen, a regular at the Seminole Hard Rock, has turned his 25,000 starting chips in to better than 85,000.

As far as his Florida performances go, McKeehen most notably hauled in a six-figure score during last year’s Showdown. The win came in a $2,200 Eight Max event and saw McKeehen tally $104,608 when all was said and done.

David Prociak

2016 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Player of the Year David Prociak is in the midst of his second event of the Lucky Hearts Poker Open. After kicking off his schedule with an entry in today’s 11am Omaha 8 event, he found the felt shy of a cash and promptly entered the WPTDeepStacks no limit event.

Prociak recently picked up a nice score over in Tampa winning the Winter Poker Open’s $350 outright for better than $40,000. Prociak continues to crush Seminole events with seven career wins including two during last year’s LHPO.

As of now, he’s slightly below starting stack in the $1,100.

Joseph Gotlieb has already scored a major Seminole Hard Rock Poker win during the current season. He shined in the first-ever World Series of Poker Circuit here in Hollywood in September, winning the Main Event for $257,638. In addition to the score, Gotlieb earned a gold ring and a pile of points toward the SHRP Player of the Year race.

He’s among a growing field here in Flight A that includes Sam Panzica, Joe McKeehen and others.

She’s had a strong start here in the ballrooms, too, as she currently sits on over 81,000 chips. That figure puts her as one of the big stacks late in Level 5.

The field has grown steadily since cards went in the air roughly three and a half hours ago as the clock shows 304 entries.
