Day 1A of the November Holiday Special has come to an end with Ricardo Eyzaguirre (pictured above) leading the 18 remaining players comfortably with 550,500, nearly double his nearest competitor.

Just last month, Eyzaguirre won the October Anniversary Special for $46,000 and picked up right where he left off. He held the chip lead for much of the latter portion of Day 1A and the money bubble further helped to pad Eyzaguirre’s lead, as the near half-hour bubble saw Eyzaguirre add more than 100,000 to his stack.

Day 1B begins at 11 a.m. on Saturday and will have the same 119-player limit as Day 1A did. Players are allowed a single re-entry through the beginning of Level 7.
