Championship Day 3: Level 23 Begins

Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open Championship (Freeze-Out)
Level 23: 15,000/30,000/5,000 Ante

The players return from break to begin Level 23, with increased blinds of 15,000-30,000 and a 5,000 ante. From this point forward, all levels will be 90 minutes long.

With 24 players remaining, the average chip stack is about 1.13 milion (38 big blinds). Action will continue tonight until the field is down to the final nine players for tomorrow afternoon’s televised final table.

High Roller Day 1: Easy Pass

$25,400 High Roller Event (Re-Entry)
Level 3: 300/600

Players in the $25,000 High Roller are in their own separate tournament room with all the amenities you’d expect for the buy-in. A nice lounge area with food, with comfy seats and an attentive bartender.

They found out pretty early they’d be playing for more than the $1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool. There were 39 entrants at the start of Level 2 and 47 as they head off on their first break. The current prize pool stands at $1,175,000 with late registration and re-entry open until 9:45pm.

Most of the usual High Roller suspects are in attendance including Jason Mercier, Brian Hastings, David “Doc” Sands, Phil Laak, and more.
