Chino Rheem has taken his seat and revealed himself as the aforementioned faceless big stack. Rheem’s poker prowess is on full display in the $360 opener as he’s proving his ability to be successful at any stakes.

Just a few months ago, Rheem, who owns more than $8,000,000 in career earnings, entered the $10,000 WPT Finale during the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown series. A few days later, he overcome the tough field and pocketed the tournament’s $705,885 first prize.

The largest stack in the room is, in fact, faceless. With a sweatshirt draped over the chair behind it, the owner is likely nearby taking a breather as they are all but assured a trip to Day 2 at this point. We will keep an eye on the stack and try to identify who owns the nearly 300,000 chips.

Asher Conniff, who’s among the 534 entries here in Flight F, was one of three lucky players to earn a $5,250 seat in the $5,000,000 guaranteed SHRPO Championship via the Seminole Hard Rock’s Win-a-Seat contest. To enter, players simply provide their name, e-mail address and zip code. From there, the property randomly selects three winners and puts up their $5,250 entry fee no questions asked.

Conniff was preceded in the Win-a-Seat winner’s circle by David May. The third and final drawing takes place the morning of August 9th and entries are welcome up until then.
