Justin Bonomo

The $50,000 Super High Roller attracted some of the top players in the world and they played a long opening day to make it into the money after more than 13 hours.

The tournament drew 25 entries to surpass the $1,000,000 Guarantee and today we begin paying out that money. Ben Tollerene was eliminated on the first hand in Level 16 and the five remaining players return today already in the money.

All five players are accomplished high roller specialists and it is anyone’s game as Justin Bonomo leads them back. Current and former GPI Players of the Year Adrian Mateos and David Peters are still in the mix along with WPT Champions Club member Stefan Schillhabel. WSOP bracelet winner Nick Petrangelo can cross the $10 million career earnings mark with a top-two finish.

Five talented players all with one goal today, win the Super High Roller and walk away with nearly $500,000.

Cards go back in the air at 1 pm and we will track them the entire way.
