Stoyan Madanzhiev opened to 200,000 from the cutoff and Nenad Medic moved all in from the button. The blinds folded and Madanzhiev called at risk for his last 1,325,000.

Medic: KcTc
Madanzhiev: JsJc

Madanzhiev was in good shape for a double up and faded the AsQh7c flop. Medic picked up a gutshot straight draw and it filled on the Jd turn for Broadway. The Ks river finished the board to send Madanzhiev out in 14th place.

Nenad Medic – 5,000,000 (50 bb)
Stoyan Madanzhiev – Eliminated in 14th Place ($40,500)

Jackob Datashvili open-shipped for 525,000 from an early position and picked up calls from Stoyan Madanzhiev next door and Hyndi Khomutetsky in the big blind.

The flop was 9s3s2d, Khomutetsky checked, Madanzhiev bet 275,000 and Khometetsky called.

The turn was Qs and both live players checked. The river was Qh, Khometetsky bet 600,000 and Madanzhiev folded.

Khomutetsky: AdQd
Datashvili: 8s8d

Datashvili was ahead early but the turn and river gave Khomutetsky trip queens to send him out of the Championship.

Hyndi Khomutetsky – 10,000,000 (100 bb)
Jackob Datashvili – Eliminated in 15th Place ($40,500)

Chad Eveslage opened to 150,000 from middle position and picked up calls from Aram Zobian in the hijack and Rob Wazwaz on the button. Thien Nguyen raised to 775,000 from the big blind and only Eveslage came along.

The flop was Jh6d4h, Nguyen checked, and Eveslage bet 500,000. Nguyen check-raised to 1,400,000 and Eveslage called. The turn was Kh, Nguyen bet 2,700,000, leaving 100K behind. Eveslage announced all in and Nguyen called at risk.

Eveslage: JsJd
Nguyen: AhKc

Eveslage was ahead with his flopped set of jacks, and Nguyen needed to catch a heart to double up (but not the boat-giving 6h). The river was 8s to send Nguyen out in 16th place while giving Eveslage an even bigger lead.

Chad Eveslage  –  17,375,000  (232 bb)
Thien Nguyen  –  Eliminated in 16th Place  ($33,500)

Lagodich: AdKh
Zobian: AsQc

Zobian was dominated by the bigger ace and it only got worse when Lagodich made trip kings on the KsKc6h flop. The 8c turn and 9s river finished the board to send Lagodich his early double.

Frank Lagodich  –  3,000,000  (40 bb)
Aram Zobian  –  700,000  (bb)

Matthew Peng open-shoved for 1,150,000 from early position, it folded around to Jackob Datashvili in the small blind and he called to put Peng at risk.

Peng: ThTd
Datashvili: AdQc

It was an early race on Day 4 and Peng needed to hold to double. The 6h6c2s flop was safe and he locked up the hand with the Tc turn giving him a full house.
