Wednesday’s Secondary Events

There are no Seminole Hard Rock “Rock ’N’ Roll Poker Open”
trophy ‘main events’ running today, but there are FOUR Championship Qualifiers taking place in the Ballroom.

Players can win their way into the $2 Million Guaranteed Championship event for a discount in any of these satellites:

12pm:  Event 44, $385 Qualifier where 1 in 10 players gets a seat.  There are 20 SEATS GUARANTEED!  This is a re-entry event and late registration is allowed until the start of level 5 (about 2:10pm).   Players start with 7,500 chips and levels are 30 minutes long.

3pm:  Event 45, $200 Qualifier where 1 in 20 players gets a seat.  This is a re-entry event and late registration is allowed until the start of level 7 (about 5:10pm).   Players start with 5,000 chips and levels are 20 minutes long.

5pm:  Event 46, $750 Qualifier where 1 in 5 players gets a seat.  Five seats are guaranteed.  This is a re-entry event and late registration is allowed until the start of level 5 (about 7:10pm).   Players start with 7,500 chips and levels are 30 minutes long.

8pm:  Event 47, $385 Turbo Qualifier where 1 in 10 players gets a seat.  Five seats are guaranteed!  This is a re-entry event and late registration is allowed until the start of level 9 (about 10:10pm).  Players start with 7,500 chips and levels are 15 minutes long.

Tuesday Secondaries, All Satellites

There are three Championship Qualifiers running today giving players several chances to win their way into the $2 Million Guaranteed Championship event.

3pm:  Event 41, $385 Qualifier where 1 in 10 players gets a seat.  There are 20 SEATS GUARANTEED!  This is a re-entry event and late registration is allowed until the start of level 5 (about 5:10pm).   Players start with 7,500 chips and levels are 30 minutes long.

5pm:  Event 42, $750 Qualifier where 1 in 5 players gets a seat.  Five seats are guaranteed.  This is a re-entry event and late registration is allowed until the start of level 5 (about 7:10pm).   Players start with 7,500 chips and levels are 30 minutes long.

8pm:   Event 43, $385 Turbo Qualifier where 1 in 10 players gets a seat.  This is a re-entry event and late registration is allowed until the start of level 9 (about 10:10pm).  Players start with 7,500 chips and levels are 15 minutes long.

Secondaries & Satellites

At 3pm, the first secondary event of the day kicked off.  It is a $250 Black Chip Bounty NLH Re-Entry event.  For each player you bust, you earn a black chip ($100).  This is always a popular event for players who can’t commit to all-day or multi-day events.

Players get 10,000 tournament chips and levels are 30 minutes long.  You can check out the full structure here.

Later tonight at 8pm there is a $385 Buy-In Championship Qualifier Turbo NLH Re-Entry event where 1 in 10 earns a seat into the $2 Million Guaranteed Championship NLH event.  Two seats are guaranteed to be awarded.

Seminole Hard Rock Tampa Satellites into 2014 RRPO Championship

Satellite City

It’s satellite day here at the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open!  The first of four kicked off at noon with three more on tap.

The 3pm qualifier carries a $310 buy-in and awards a Championship seat to 1 in every 20 players (2 seats guaranteed).  Coming up at 5pm, a $1,125 buy-in qualifier awards a Championship seat to 1 in every 5 players (5 seats guaranteed).  Then at 8pm, a $575 buy-in satellite will award 1 seat for every 10 players (10 seats guaranteed).  There’s something for every bankroll today here at the SHRPO. On Thursday there are four qualifiers running at 9am, 3pm, 5pm, & 8pm and they are all $575 buy-ins (1 in 10 get seats).

Friday has $575 satellites at 9am, 3pm, and 8pm (1 in10).  The 5pm satellite is a $1,125 with 1 in 5 getting seats.

Saturday morning at 9am is the last-chance qualifier for the Championship ($575 buy-in Turbo, 1 in 10get seats) so don’t miss out!

Seminole Hard Rock “Rock ‘n’ Roll Poker Open” Satellites

Tournament satellites are a great way for poker players to win their way into events at a discounted rate. The Poker Room at Seminole Hard Rock is running a regular schedule of satellites into multiple Seminole Hard Rock “Rock ‘n’ Roll Poker Open” events.

The Double Play offers a chance to win entries into two different tournaments for the effort of playing in one satellite. The $100 tournament runs at 2pm on November 14, 15, and 17 with late registration and re-entries through Level 6. Qualifying players at the end of the satellite will earn $910 Event Package Seats for both Event 7 ($560 NLH with $50,000 guarantee) and 10 ($350 NLH with $250,000 guarantee). Two packages are guaranteed during each of the the Double Play Satellites.

Mega satellites for the Seminole Hard Rock “Rock ‘n’ Roll Poker Open” Main Event begin running on Sunday, November 18 at 8pm. The $1,650 WPT Regional Main Event will have a $500,000 guarantee and players can win their way into the major tournament for just $200.

The two daily Main Event Mega satellites will run at 2pm and 8pm until the final Turbo Mega Satellite at 9am on Sunday, November 30. Two Main Event seats are guaranteed in each satellite through November 26 and five seats are guaranteed in both on November 27.
