After playing eight hands in a row without folding (winning five and losing three), Shawn Cunix continued his streak of playing every hand to the end.

The next hand, Cunix raised under the gun to 2,000, the cutoff called, Carlo Rodriguez called from the small blind, and Dave Inselberg called from the big blind.

The flop came 8s8d4d, and it checked to Cunix, who bet 4,000. The cutoff folded, Rodriguez called, and Inselberg folded.

The turn card was the 2s, Rodriguez checked, Cunix bet 8,000, and Rodriguez called. The river card was the 10c, and both players checked. Rodriguez showed 6d6c to win the pot with two pair, eights and sixes, and Cunix mucked.

Carlo Rodriguez  –  96,500  (161 bb)
Shawn Cunix  –  40,000  (67 bb)

The next hand, Carlo Rodriguez raised from the button to 1,700, Dave Inselberg called from the small blind, and Cunix moved all in from the big blind for about 35,500. Rodriguez and Inselberg both folded, and Cunix took the pot.

Shawn Cunix  –  44,500  (74 bb)

The next hand, action folded to Cunix in the small blind, and he raised to 1,300. Tony Cousineau thought for a bit before calling from the big blind. Cousineau then asked, “Can I check dark out of position?”

The flop came AhJc5h, Cunix bet 2,500, and Cousineau folded. Cunix took the pot.

Shawn Cunix  –  46,500  (78 bb)
Tony Cousineau  –  6,000  (10 bb)

The next hand, Cunix raised from the button to 2,000, and the big blind called. Both players checked to the river on a board of KhJc3s9s6d, and the big blind bet 6,400. Cunix rechecked his cards and folded, and the big blind took the pot.

After playing 11 straight hands all the way to conclusion, Shawn Cunix finally folded a hand.

Shawn Cunix  –  44,500  (74 bb)

If you count the 12th hand where Cunix folded, Cunix finished with a record of seven wins and five loses (7-5) during this stretch.
