. There was an unknown player in the small blind, Chad Eveslage in the cutoff and Mike Ortiz (who finishes third in last week’s Monster Stack) on the button. The small blind checked. Eveslage bet 13,000. Ortiz called and the small blind got out of the way.
Eveslage and Ortiz were heads up to the 
river. Eveslage checked. Ortiz slid forward a bet that appeared to be about 30,000. Eveslage quickly plopped a lone, tan 5,000 chip for a call. Ortiz flipped over 
for a pair of sevens and Eveslage’s 
flush was best. Eveslage took the pot and Ortiz was knocked down.
