Cards are in the air for Flight A of the 2025 SHRPO Championship. They will play hour-long levels until only 24 players remain but that is a lot of work between now and then.
A break will come around every two levels and with a 90-minute dinner break following Level 6.

The series headliner hits the Grand Ballroom stage when Flight A of the SHRPO Championship starts at 11 am. The $5,300 buy-in tournament has a huge $3,000,000 guaranteed prize pool and two starting flights.
Championship players start with 50,000 in their stacks and all levels last 60 minutes, increasing to 90 when 24 players remain. Late registration is available until the start of Level 9 at 9:15 pm and players are limited to a single re-entry per day.
Select tables throughout the event will be featured on the live-stream table hosted by our friends at Gorilla Gaming.
Flight A will play ten full levels and survivors will return on Sunday at noon for Day 2.

Event 20 of the 2025 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open was the $800 Platinum Stack No-Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry). Across four starting flights, a total of 1,020 entries generated a prize pool of $719,100, nearly tripling the guarantee.
A heads-up deal took place and Michael Amato was the chip leader at the time, making him the official Event 29 winner for $96,000.

Emerging victorious was David Shmuel, winning outright for $20,080.
The win marked Shmuel’s 12th SHRP major series trophy victory, and also cemented his name atop the 2025 SHRPO Mixed Games Leaderboard promotion. Shmuel wins a customized Hard Rock Guitar along with a $4,100 package, which includes a $1,100 tournament ticket and $3,000 in cash
