Event 1: Michael Krueger – 16th Place ($4,490)

$350 Deep Stack No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry)
Level 32: 75,000/150,000/25,000 Ante

Michael Krueger barely had more than a big blind left and moved his stack in under the gun. He nearly made it through until Dustin Murphy made the call in the big blind.

Krueger had the lead with AcQd against Murphy’s KdJd and hit two pair on the As9hQh.  But the 6h gave Murphy more outs and then the 8h hit the river giving Murphy the flush and ending Kruger’s effort to hold on until tomorrow.

Michael Krueger finishes in 16th place for $4,490.

$350 Deep Stack No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry)
Level 32: 75,000/150,000/25,000 Ante

A million chips won’t get you very far at this point in the tournament. Matthew Yorra had just a little more than that and had to make a move.  It ended up finishing his evening.

Yorra was in with Kx9x vs. Marc Sacheli holding AxQx.  Sacheli hit an ace on the flop and it was all he needed to close Yorra out.

Matthew Yorra finishes in 17th place for $4,490.

Lou Ojeda found the ladies at the wrong time.

Ojeda was all-in pre-flop but was quickly called by Iman Dan.  Ojeda showed pocket queens but Dan woke up with pocket aces.  Ojeda never even got a sweat as the aces held up and ended his run in Event 1.

Lou Ojeda finishes in 18th place for $4,490.
