Making room for them, the PLO8 is playing out in the back corner of the Event Center for a more intimate, quiet game.

A field of 175 entries created a total prize pool of $36,750, easily topping the $25,000 guarantee. The final three players agreed to a deal, and Jason Prest was the biggest stack of the bunch to officially earn the title of champion.

Residing in Boca Raton, this marks the 44-year-old Prest’s second career title at the Seminole Hard Rock, having won a $560 No-Limit Hold’em event at the 2012 Showdown series.
