Level 9: 250/500/75 Ante

Two players in today’s event have recent history with big money on the line. This summer’s World Series of Poker awarded the first-ever bracelet for an online event and the tournament drew 905 players.

Everyone who entered the event played the first day online and action stopped once it hit the final six players. They came to the Rio two days later to play live for the title.

The last two in that tournament are here today.

Anthony Spinella defeated Hunter Cichy heads up to capture the bracelet for just under $200,000 while Cichy took home $116,000.

They both entered Event 16 but only one is still around. Cichy came back from break with 33,000 but Spinella hit the door shortly after getting his picture snapped.
